Thank you for enrolling. Whether it is instructor-led or online training, we ensure that our students have a gratifying experience for their whole journey. As with any purchase experience, some terms and conditions are dictated in the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on Absera Academy, you accept our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and refund policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds: Software Training Courses

We realize that you can change your mindset. We know that some of our courses might not be 100% applicable to you in your current need. That is why we intimate you before you pay your course fee. If the cancellation has been done by the student after course activation, strictly No Refund will be made.

Note: Once you register for your course, cancellation is not possible. And no refund will be provided by us.

Other Terms and Conditions:

Strictly, we do not permit you to transfer your training course to another student.
Students have 45 days (1-2 months) to complete a course.
Once you join our academy, you are NOT eligible for a refund, cancellation, or transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Course Policy:

Students have 45 days from the date of registration to complete all training courses.
All training courses have a final exam. Students must obtain a passing grade to be issued a certificate of completion.
